Following the development of FrontlineSMS Reminders, I developed this second plugin for FrontlineSMS which allowed structured SMS reports to be gathered via FrontlineSMS, and then uploaded to an Ushahidi deployment. The plugin served as a gateway when an internet connection was not available, so the incident reports could be uploaded later.
